Poker Room's Traffic (7):
Traffic to PokerRoom.com is decent with 9753 playing at once during our review. The tables do get filled up pretty fast, but new tables appears soon after.
Poker Room's Game Variety (6):
PokerRoom.com offers a variety of poker games such as Omaha, 7 cards stud, texas hold em, etc. You can play for free or play real money. Each one has various pot limit and no limit tables for you to play in. Big Blinds start at $0.25. At this time, Poker Room was testing Chinese Poker out as another poker variety. Poker Room also offers various tournaments for you to join. Buyin starts at a friendly $1. The variety of poker tournament is constantly growing. No high stakes poker yet.
Poker Room's Rake (6):
Poker Room's rake is on par with the other poker sites. Poker Room will only rake when there is a flop, and at most $1 in the low limit games and $3 in the high limit games.
PokerRoom's software has its pros and cons. It allows players to play without downloading their software. You can play a light version of it, which is pretty similar to the one offered by the download software. The only bad thing is that it is a little slow and laggy at times. When testing the download version, we found that if you tried to sit in on table without enough money, it would kick you right out without telling you why. Players can even play poker for play and real money on their mobile phone.
Each table offers the same character graphics for each seat. Not surprising, the last seat taken is usually the one with the granny graphic (see screenshots below). The game table offers a chance for players on the table to vote off a player from the table. Right clicking on a player will allow you to easily mark the players with a little symbol next to their name.

Poker Room players who choose to register their accounts with full contact information get access to 24/7 support through mail, chat and phone (US, Canada and UK only). Email response was slow when we did a test email.
Poker Room's Loyalty Bonus (6):
Poker Room has an loyalty program that is on par with most of the other poker sites. If you refer a friend, then you will get a $50 bonus while your friend gets a $25 bonus. There's also a player points reward system. You'll also get points for every rake that reaches $1. Those points could be used to redeem various promotions.
